Is it safe to microwave with the lid on?
Yes on the glass-lid models. Vent the lid, reheat as usual, and let it rest a moment before lifting — steam gathers fast. Check the model page for the exact instruction.
Can the lids go in the dishwasher?
Yes. Lids and bases both go on the rack. Place the lids flat rather than wedged so the seal does not distort.
Can I take it straight from the freezer to the oven?
Not as a sudden jump. Let the container come up towards room temperature first, or start it in a cold oven, so the glass is not asked to survive two extremes at once.
