Important Safety Instructions

  • Do not heat the product directly over an open flame.
  • Never use the glassware empty inside the microwave (no-load heating).
  • When removing from microwave or oven, place the hot glass on a dry wooden board. Avoid contact with wet or cold surfaces.
  • The glass can reach temperatures over 250°F when heated. Wear protective gloves while handling hot glassware to prevent burns.
  • Avoid heavy rubbing or scratching with sharp objects to protect the glass surface.
  • Keep hot glassware away from children and pets during use and cooling.

Usage Tips for Different Scenarios

  • Microwave: Loosen the lid to release steam. Do not seal tightly while heating.
  • Oven: Remove silicone sealing parts before placing glass into the oven. Do not exceed recommended temperature limits.
  • Freezer: Borosilicate glass works well for freezer storage. Allow slight temperature equalization before reheating frozen food.
  • Storage: Dry fully before long-term storage to prevent water spots.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Hand washing with mild soap and a soft sponge is recommended. Dishwasher-safe on the top rack, but harsh dishwasher detergents may leave marks over time. Do not use abrasive scouring pads, steel wool or harsh cleaners, which can scratch glass and silicone seals. Inspect lids and seals regularly; replace silicone parts if cracked or deformed.

Can the lids go in the dishwasher?
Yes. Lids and bases both go on the rack. Place the lids flat rather than wedged so the seal does not distort.
Can I take it straight from the freezer to the oven?
Not as a sudden jump. Let the container come up towards room temperature first, or start it in a cold oven, so the glass is not asked to survive two extremes at once.
