Figure 1
I. Important Safety Warnings
Figure 1 Prohibited Operations
Glass Container Body (Heat-resistant Borosilicate Glass)
1. Temperature range: -20℃ ~ 510℃; maximum withstandable thermal shock: 120℃. Avoid abrupt extreme temperature shifts, otherwise the glass may shatter.
2. Forbidden heating methods: open flame, direct contact with oven bottom, induction cooktops, charcoal fire and other open heat sources. Only microwave or oven heating is allowed after fully removing the lid.
3. Glass is fragile. Prevent dropping, heavy impact and heavy compression. Keep away from children and infants; do not place within children’s reach.
4. Stop using immediately if glass develops cracks, chips, deep scratches or breakage. Damaged glass may shatter suddenly under temperature change or impact.
5. Do not scrape or tap glass inner walls with metal spoons or hard tools, as permanent scratches will form and weaken glass structural integrity.
6. Do not wipe hot glass with a wet cloth, nor place it directly on damp countertops. Severe thermal shock may cause glass to crack. Handle broken glass carefully to avoid cuts.
7. Fine micro-lines and tiny black spots on glass surfaces are normal production marks and not product defects.
PP Silicone Sealing Lid (Figure 2)
Figure 2
1. Temperature resistance range: -20℃ ~ 120℃. Open the vent valve before microwave heating; fully remove the entire lid before oven baking.
2. The lid cannot achieve absolute airtight sealing. Minor gaps between lid and container caused by dimensional tolerances are normal and not quality defects.
3. Never move the container by holding only the lid after heating. High temperature loosens the lid, and the glass body may slide off, causing scalds from hot liquid. Slight shrinkage of the lid may occur after long-term use.
4. Do not soak the lid in boiling water or bleach. High heat and bleach will age silicone gaskets and deform the lid.
General Safety Risk Reminders

(Figure 3)
1. Risk of liquid bumping & scalding: liquid inside containers may violently bump and splatter hot liquid when taken out of microwave/oven. Keep your face and body away from the container opening when removing.
2. Do not heat empty containers or containers with only a tiny amount of liquid.
3. Foods with shells, peels or membranes (chestnuts, eggplants, whole poultry), and whole raw eggs carry explosion risks when microwaved. Puncture egg yolks before heating; never leave heating unattended.
4. Peel off all stickers and labels on glass and lids before placing in oven or microwave.
5. Container bodies reach extremely high temperatures after heating. Always use heat insulation mats or gloves to carry the full container. Do not place hot containers directly on vinyl tablecloths, plastic or other heat-sensitive surfaces; always use a heat mat underneath.
6. Dispose of discarded products per local municipal waste classification regulations.
II. Step-by-Step Usage Instructions
(Figure 4)
1. First-Time Use
Thoroughly wash the glass container body and lid with neutral detergent and soft sponge before initial use. New silicone gaskets are tight and stiff, leading to slightly stiff snap closure at first — this is normal; sealing will become smoother after repeated opening and closing. Vibration during transportation may dislodge silicone gaskets from grooves, a normal physical occurrence rather than product failure. Reinstall the gasket into the groove following Figure 4 for normal use.
2. Food Storage & Sealing Operations
1. Fully dry the container rim, lid and silicone gasket before sealing to prevent liquid leakage.
2. Open the vent valve to balance internal and external air pressure before opening the lid after hot/cold storage. This avoids lid jamming and damage from pressure differences (See Figure 5).

(Figure 5)
Annotation: ① Lift vent valve to release pressure before opening lid Fasten snaps diagonally to complete airtight sealing ② Release pressure first then open lid; diagonal snap fastening delivers firmer sealing
3. Clean containers promptly after storing strongly colored or pungent foods to prevent permanent pigment staining and residual odors.
III. Freezer Storage Guidelines
(Figure 6)
Annotation: Correct: Reserve 10% expansion gap Wrong: Never fill to full capacity 10% expansion gap Do not fill containers fully before freezing; leave space above liquid and food surfaces
Food expands when frozen, creating pressure on glass that may crack the container. Strictly follow these rules:
1. Reserve a minimum 10% expansion space for all foods before freezing (See Figure 6).
2. Strictly prohibit freezing fully liquid foods: miso soup, broth, clear soup, milk, fruit juice and all beverages.
3. Direct freezing of plain cooked rice and porridge is not recommended due to high water content and large expansion volume.
1. Exception solution: Shape rice into rice balls with gaps and depressions to reserve expansion space before freezing.
4. Curries, meat sauces, tomato paste and thick soups may be frozen, but do not overfill to the point of overflowing the rim.
IV. Microwave & Oven Heating Operation Specifications
1. Open the vent valve before placing in microwave.
2. Fully remove the entire PP silicone lid before oven baking.
3. Wipe all water droplets off glass exterior before heating.
4. Do not heat empty containers or containers with insufficient food/liquid.
5. Carefully read the instruction manual of your personal microwave/oven to match appropriate heating parameters.
6. Do not leave microwave heating unattended; monitor food status throughout to prevent food bursting and soup overflow.
7. After heating, move the full container with a heat insulation mat. Never lift only the lid. Always use a heat mat when placing on countertops (See Figure 7).

(Figure 7 )
IV. Clening & Long-Term Maintenance
(Figure 8 )
Annotation: Allowed cleaning tools | Prohibited cleaning methods Soft sponge | Steel wool Abrasive sponge Neutral detergent | Strong acid cleaners Place lids on dishwasher top rack | Soak lids in boiling water Use only soft cleaning tools to avoid scratches and corrosion
Approved Cleaning Practices
1. Glass container body: Dishwasher-safe on top rack (water temperature ≤80℃) or hand wash with soft sponge and mild neutral detergent. Diluted household bleach may be used for heavy stubborn stains; rinse thoroughly with clean water after bleaching.
2. PP glass lid: Dishwasher-safe on top rack (water temperature ≤80℃) or hand wash with neutral detergent recommended.
Strictly Forbidden Cleaning Behaviors
1. Do not use steel wool, abrasive sponges, scouring powder, abrasive cleaners or strong acid cleaners on glass — these will permanently scratch and damage glass surfaces (See Figure 8).
2. Do not soak silicone lids in boiling water or bleach. High heat and bleach deform lids, age silicone gaskets and cause sealing failure.
3. Do not scrub hot glass with cold wet cloths
V. Troubleshooting & Warranty Instructions
|
Fault Phenomenon |
Causes & Solutions |
|
Silicone gasket repeatedly slips loose |
Main causes: 1. Dishwasher high-temperature wash/dry cycles: repeated thermal expansion & contraction loosens silicone gaskets. 2. Natural gasket wear: silicone stretches gradually and loses elasticity after months of use. 3. Improper reinstallation after cleaning: gasket not fully pressed into grooves, slides off during use. Solutions: 1. Wash silicone gasket and lid grooves with warm water and dry completely. 2. Start from one end of the gasket, press evenly all the way around the groove to fully embed without warping or twisting. Tips to prevent loose gaskets: 1. Place lids on dishwasher top rack. 2. Turn off dishwasher high-heat drying; use low-temperature dry or air-dry mode. 3. Check gaskets are fully clipped into grooves after each cleaning and drying before storage. |
|
Lid hard to close, uneven snap fit, poor sealing |
Main causes: 1. Silicone gasket twisted, bulged or misaligned during installation. 2. Stiff new silicone gaskets create initial high closure resistance. 3. Overfilled food pushes lid out of alignment. 4. Incorrect snap closing order causes uneven force distributionStep-by-step. solutions: 1. Inspect and reinstall gasket: remove silicone ring, fully dry gasket and lid grooves, press evenly back into groove to ensure flat, twist-free, bulge-free fit. 2.Correct snap method: do not fasten snaps clockwise/counterclockwise sequentially. Fasten two diagonal snaps first, then close remaining snaps for uniform pressure distribution. 3. Press lid center lightly while fastening snaps to fully seat gasket against container rim. 4. Soften lid with room-temperature running water for 10–15 seconds if rigid plastic resists closure (hot water forbidden). 5. Reduce food volume inside container; reserve ample space before sealing. |
|
Lid leaks air / liquid |
Silicone gasket misaligned or coated with residue; remove gasket, wash with warm water, fully air-dry then reinstall correctly. |
|
Fine scratches / black spots on glass surface |
Micro-scratches ≤1mm and raw material black specks are normal production marks with no impact on use. Discontinue abrasive cleaners to prevent scratch worsening. |
|
Deformed lid |
Caused by prolonged high-temperature exposure. Discontinue use immediately — deformed lids lose sealing capacity and carry scald risks. |
|
Glass cracks spontaneously |
Result of thermal shock, overfilling before freezing, hard impact, or reuse of damaged containers. Discard cracked glass entirely to avoid cuts. |
